How do you use an ultrasonic extractor to assist with essential oil extraction?

The ultrasonic essential oil extractor consists of an ultrasonic vibrating rod and a controller. Typically, the ultrasonic vibrating rod is installed inside the extraction tank of a conventional extraction system to either assist or entirely replace the traditional extraction equipment.

The shape, length, and diameter of the ultrasonic vibration probe can be customized to match the dimensions of the client's existing extraction tanks. The probe is installed via a flange, requiring only a port with a diameter of approximately 50 mm on the tank. Consequently, integrating the ultrasonic essential oil extractor requires virtually no changes to the existing process flow, making it a highly convenient and efficient method for process optimization.
