Laboratory or industrial equipment that utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to perform operations such as mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, and cleaning. Its core component is an ultrasonic transducer; through the piezoelectric effect, it converts electrical energy into mechanical vibration (typically at frequencies between 20 kHz and 1 MHz), generating high-frequency acoustic cavitation to achieve efficient liquid processing.

 

Select a compatible tray (e.g., 420 × 340 mm) based on the container material (polypropylene or glass is recommended).


Do not exceed the maximum load capacity (for a configuration of eleven 250 mL vessels, it is recommended to fill each tube to 70% capacity).


For temperature-sensitive samples, use the temperature control function (range: 0–100°C; accuracy: ±0.2°C).


If continuous operation exceeds 4 hours, pause the unit periodically to allow for cooling.
