How to feed and discharge materials?
-The tank has two feeding ports of different sizes at the top. The bottom valve is for discharge; we will match different valves to different materials.
Can the equipment be made explosion-proof?
-Sure, If your solvent is an alcoholic liquid, or your work environment contains flammable or explosive gases or dust, we recommend that you use an explosion-proof version. We have two version, ATEX and CNEX.
Can the equipment be made to be corrosion resistant?
-The inner wall of the tank, valves, and other parts that come into contact with the material can be coated with PTFE. However, ultrasonic rods cannot be coated with PTFE; it must be made of titanium alloy.
Does the equipment come with a warranty?
-Yes, 2 years of the warranty of the machine, except the horn.
