Principle of the ultrasonic processor

The ultrasonic processor generates powerful shock waves through the high-frequency vibration of an ultrasonic rod. This impact force can instantly pierce cell walls, separate polymers, and cut molecular chains and so on, thereby breaking down mixing barriers.

The ultrasonic processor's mixing and homogenizing capabilities are 5 to 300 times greater than those of a traditional mixer.
